TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFETY NETS

1. The safety mesh can be made of nylon, vinylon, polyester or other materials with weather resistance not lower than those mentioned above. 2. The height of the flat mesh shall not be less than 3m, the width of the vertical mesh shall not be less than 1.2m, and the width (height) of the dense mesh safety net shall not be less than 1.2m. Tolerance of product specification: less than ±2%. The weight of each safety net should generally not exceed 15kg. 3. Safety net of rhombus or square mesh, the mesh length shall not be more than 8cm. 4. The connection between the side thread and the net body must be firm, the breaking strength of the side thread on flat net shall not be less than 7000N; and the breaking tension of the side thread on vertical net shall not be less than 3000N.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: 1. The following phenomenas should be avoided during use: ⑴ Randomly dismantle components of the safety net ⑵ Jump in or throw objects into the safety net ⑶ A lot of of welding sparks or other sparks fall into the safety net ⑷ Pile up items in or under the safety net ⑸ Severe corrosive smoke around the safety net 2. The safety net in use should be inspected regularly or irregularly, and the deris falling in the net should be cleaned up in time to prevent contamination of the safety net. In case of a major impact, the safety net should be replaced in time.

SAFETY NET INSTRUCTIONS

A 1.2-meter-high protective railings should be installed adjacent to the stairs, reserved openings, balconies, and roofs. The safety net in use should be checked at least once a week. In case of severe deformation or wear, cracks or broken holes, loose tethers, loose joints, etc., the safety net should be replaced or repaired in a timely manner. The adhesive smudges on the dense mesh should be removed frequently to ensure cleaning.
